Honeybush Iced Tea & Citrus Cooler

🛒 Ingredients:
- 4 Honeybush tea bags
- 1 litre boiling water
- 2 tablespoons raw honey (adjust to taste)
- Juice of 1 orange
- Juice of ½ lemon
- 1 small orange, thinly sliced
- Fresh mint leaves (optional)
- Ice cubes
- Optional: sparkling water (for a fizzy twist)
👩🍳 How to Prepare:
- Brew the Honeybush
Steep 4 Honeybush tea bags in 1 litre of boiling water for 8–10 minutes to extract full flavour and antioxidants. - Sweeten Naturally
Remove tea bags and stir in honey while the tea is still warm so it dissolves properly. - Add Citrus
Stir in freshly squeezed orange and lemon juice. - Chill
Allow to cool to room temperature, then refrigerate for 1–2 hours. - Serve
Pour over ice, add orange slices and mint leaves for garnish.
Optional: top with a splash of sparkling water for a refreshing summer cooler.
