By participating in the “Honeybush Hamper Giveaway” competition hosted by SAHTA, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read these rules carefully:
- Eligibility:
- The competition is open to residents of South Africa aged 18 years or older, excluding board members of SAHTA and their immediate family members.
- How to Enter:
- To enter the competition, participants must visit the website www.sahta.co.za and subscribe to the SAHTA newsletter.
- Competition Period:
- The competition begins on the date it is announced and ends on 30 December 2023 at 11:59 PM (South Africa Standard Time).
- Prize:
- Five (5) winners will each receive one (1) Honeybush hamper valued at R250.
- The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other item.
- SAHTA reserves the right to substitute the prize with another of similar value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.
- Winner Selection:
- The winners will be selected by a random draw from all eligible entries.
- The draw will be conducted on 31 December 2023, and winners will be announced on SAHTA’s social media platforms and contacted via email.
- Claiming the Prize:
- Winners will be notified by email. They must respond within seven (7) days to claim their prize.
- If a winner fails to claim their prize within the specified period, a new winner will be drawn.
- Privacy:
- By entering the competition, participants consent to the use of their personal information for the purpose of administering the competition and announcing the winners.
- Publicity:
- By participating in the competition, winners agree to the use of their names and likenesses for promotional and marketing purposes related to the competition.
- General Conditions:
- SAHTA reserves the right to disqualify any participant for any reason, including but not limited to, tampering with the entry process, violating these terms and conditions, or acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner.
- SAHTA’s decisions are final and binding in all matters related to the competition.
- SAHTA is not responsible for any technical, hardware, or software failures of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incomplete, or delayed computer transmissions.
