Mother-daughter Indigenous duo Yolande and Eureka Le Roux form part of the quartet of shareholders that make up Sceletia Pty Ltd. They just exhibited at the 2024 Biodiversity Economy and Investment Indaba from 25 to 27 May 2024. It was a flagship gathering organised around investment opportunities promising sustainability within the biodiversity sector.
The Indaba was a platform that provided the space to showcase, network among stakeholders, and share the latest advances and products that support biodiversity. Most importantly, luminaries, including Minister Barbara Creecy, were also present on the opening day, with President Cyril Ramaphosa gracing the second day of the festival. The presence of these players underlined the event’s importance in the national agenda on environmental investment and sustainability.
Their stand was visited by new customers as well as long-time users. Below are two testimonials:
“My name is Kea. I started drinking Sceletia tea in August 2023 because of my anxiety. A colleague highly recommended it. I started drinking it because of my workload and excessive travelling. It has honestly helped me feel less anxious. The trick is to have it every single day and enjoy it with a bit of honey.”
“My name is Nania S. I absolutely love Sceletia. I enjoy herbal teas, and Sceletia is one of my favourites. I enjoy its calming benefits before bed. My mother also enjoys it, so I try to buy it in bulk when I visit her.”
